My Favorite Ipsy Bags and Products

    Hey y'all! I have had a few people tell me I should do an Ipsy review of my favorite products! There are LOTS and LOTS of subscription boxes for makeup, jewelry, and you name it! So the reason I chose to do Ipsy is because they send out five name brand products along with a super cute makeup bag and every so often I get a full size product! Its very customized. You tell them what you like, what type of products you enjoy including hair, nail polish, face mask, really anything! After you receive your bag you can go review the product, that helps the Ipsy team keep your bag fresh and accustomed to your liking.  I've been an Ipsy member since March 2018. So let me cut to the chase and get started!


These were some of my first Ipsy bags :)
My favorite thing ever is to open up these bags and see my new goodies! The butterfly bag was my April 2018 bag and the travel bag was my May 2018 bag.

This bag is super pretty! I got a pink lip stain, a liquid eyeliner,
a tube of leave-in conditioner, a coffee body scrub, and a eyeshadow brush!

This bag is the perfect travel companion ;)
In this bag I received a face cleanser, an eyeshadow, an eyeshadow brush, a lip crayon, and two face mask 

⇢The fun thing about an Ipsy bag is that you never know what you're going to get but you know it's going to be awesome!


⇢Also the sample products you get are some things you'd never even think of trying but you end up liking it a lot.

⇢Experimenting with liner, lipsticks, and new eyeshadow colors have been such a fun experience! 

My newest bag I got screams summer vacation! In my July 2019 bag I got a mascara, an eyeshadow, a facial oil, a nail polish, and a shimmer lotion. Its one of my most favorite bags ever! I can't stop raving about my new products! 

The makeup bags are ADORABLE! You'll have plenty of bags to put all of your makeup in! They're super convenient for anything! And they fit in your purse perfectly to store chapstick, lipstick, hair ties, etc.

First Blog Post!

Dear Diary,

        This is my first entry! Yayyy! Hi there! It's lovely to be here!
Here we go.. today was a mess. I spilled coffee, exploded whipped cream, and not to mention burning my mouth with sriracha sauce! Who knew it'd be that spicy! I knew I should've went out to the closest fast food place! BUT! The risk of getting stuck in traffic is too high! And a speed ticket is out of the question. Being late for work after your lunch break? No thanks! Anyway!
So! Here's the tea...life is flying by and honestly I'm in a weird part of my life where everything is kinda all spread out but its falling in place...you feel me? Like life after high school is kinda strange because you feel yourself growing up a little. Like...what!!!? And all my friends at my job are either in college or in high school and I'm the in between. I can appreciate their crazy stories about how their freshman year went!
   What I really want to share with you guys on this blog is mainly about life, faith, and a few tips and tricks! We'll see where this blog journey takes us!

Okay! So here is the actual part where I do the blogging. This is the main stuff right here folks!! Sorry for all the blabber above,just a nice introduction. So as some may know... I did a social media break. I stepped away for several weeks to just enjoy summer. I have enjoyed my summer so far. I work a whole lot. So, let me be honest... social media has never necessarily been an issue for me. Like, I've never really been into posting the perfect selfie or anything like that. When I post its gotta be pretty important, or something. I don't think I've missed it, mainly because I don't use it a lot anyway. I know I spend time on there, scrolling seeing whats happening in my friends and family's lives, all the fun stuff their up to. But it is so important to not get distracted by it. It's important to be fully here. This is the summer before I begin my journey into my college path and into adulthood. I'm glad I took the challenge to lay down my social for a few weeks and be completely be engulfed in whats going on around me and not whats going on on my social! I wish I could give everyone the encouragement to step back a little bit and just to enjoy the moment. See how many memories you make outside of social. ☺
Oh!!! Let me tell you all about my senior trip! My family and I went to Dollywood for a couple of days. And let me tell you! I had so much fun eating, riding rides, and refilling my water container 74 times! I had the best time just spending time with my siblings and my grandparents! We enjoyed riding "Cinderella" the train down the tracks that encircle the park. I always enjoy hearing the story the conductor tells us as we pass through the wooded areas. While some of the areas have been created to look like they would've years ago. I also got to enjoy a s'mores brownie with my sweet sister. Best brownie EVER!! I had such a good time riding rides! My dad rode this spinning bird ride and I'm positive we were having the most fun out of everyone on the ride at the time. And the last ride we rode was absolutely AMAZING!! My mom, my sister and I had a blast! Not to mention the wild bumper car rides, and the Shooting Star! I had such a great time! I can't wait to go back and make many more memories.
